Food – the good stuff!

The food can be designed to meet your tastes, time requirements and budget, from snacks and BBQ’s through to seated meals of gourmet Tasmanian game meats (venison, pheasant, trout and salmon), Tasmanian wines, beers and spirits.

Most of the food we use at Redbanks is sourced locally. So local that a large proportion of it is produced here on the farm – quality, naturally grown beef and lamb, fresh (unsprayed) vegetables, trout and salmon caught that morning. Remind yourself what real food tastes like!
