The Redbanks Lodge is the ideal location for your event. Set amongst over 400 acres of bushland and countryside, with a range of outdoor activities to make the day complete.
The Lodge is located only 45 minutes from Hobart and 30 minutes from the Hobart airport.
Our experienced on-site chefs can cater for all manner of functions from sit-down banquets to more informal catering.
Your group can experience any or all of:

The Lodge has one large L-shaped room 15m x 14m, incorporating a fully stocked bar. There is a separate kitchen and reception/office area. Guests have wheelchair access.

Larger groups are well catered for at Redbanks: marquees can be erected as needed for as many people as you can bring.

What happens on the day?
Redbanks activities can be run as a friendly competition between participants or with larger groups formed into teams. Redbanks will provide a running sheet, activities schedule and scoring card to team captains. A trophy can be provided for the winning team if desired.
If the group prefers, the activities can be purely recreational, without detracting from the challenge of trying something new, or developing skills you may already have.
All participants will be briefed prior to commencing the day’s activities, with particular reference to safety. All activities are supervised and guests will be coached and assisted as required.

Local Tasmanian beers and wines are featured. Soft drinks, juices and bottled
water are also available.
We can run a bar tally to a specified amount and advise the organiser when the limit is approaching.
Pre-booking function information
This form does not commit you to the booking, but will help to begin the planning. Your booking
and quote will be finalised when all the details of your preferences are fully explored with
Redbanks. We will contact you by telephone or email on receipt of this form. Alternatively,

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit Details:
Minimum of 25% of total package to be paid at time of booking.
Cancellation Policy:
60 days prior to the event – 25% of deposit fee
45 days prior to the event – 50% of deposit fee
30 days prior to the event – 100% of deposit fee
Final Payments:
Final payment to be made no later than 7 days prior to the function.
Final Numbers:
To be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event. The account will be charged at the final number confirmed with the exception of an increase in numbers.
Liability and Indemnity
We shall have no liability whatsoever to you or any other person in relation to your use of the venue.
All participants are required to complete a waiver form if participating in
Redbanks activities. All persons participating in shooting activities who do not
hold a firearms license are required to complete a Range Use Register (provided
by the owner).
You will be liable to us and indemnify us against any loss or liability we may suffer in connection with your use of the venue or any breach by you of these Terms and Conditions.
Compliance with all instructions
You will comply with all reasonable instructions of any of our staff members in relation to your use of the venue and when participating in the activities.
Responsible Service of Alcohol
You acknowledge that we are committed to the responsible service and supply of alcoholic beverages. You agree to ensure that the consumption of alcoholic beverages at your function is done responsibly and that no alcoholic beverages will be supplied to any person under the age of 18 years.
