Camping Out at Cracker Night

Here’s everything you need to know

  • A camping pass covers one vehicle staying onsite for the night. It does not include entry to the event, every person camping must also hold a valid event ticket.

Camping is unallocated and vehicles will be parked on arrival. If you’d like to camp with friends, please arrive together. We can’t guarantee groups will be placed together if arriving separately.

Vehicles cannot enter the campground without a valid camping pass.

  • Camping is first come, first served. On arrival, our team will direct you into the camping area and guide parking to keep things safe and flowing.

You’re welcome to arrive anytime from 12pm on event day. All campers must vacate the campground by 12pm the following day.

  • The campground is right next to the main event area, only a short walk away, so you can easily head back to your site at any point during the night.

All sites are unpowered. Toilets and shower facilities are a short walk from the campground, with additional portaloos available within the camping area.

You’re welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. Strictly no BYO alcohol is permitted in the campgrounds or the main event area. Any BYO alcohol may be confiscated, and patrons may be asked to leave if this condition is not respected.

Gas stoves are permitted. There will also be food vendors and a bar operating throughout the event if you’d prefer not to bring much. We recommend bringing your own drinking water.

  • Redbanks gets cold at night, especially this time of year. Come prepared with proper bedding, warm layers and suitable camping gear.

Bring a torch, water, and anything else you’d normally need for an overnight stay. Ground conditions may be uneven or damp depending on weather, so plan accordingly.

  • No campfires are permitted in the campground. Gas and diesel heaters are allowed.

There will be fire pots throughout the main event site, kept going across the night. Bring a camp chair or rug and settle in by one of those instead.
